God damn I wish I still lived in CT. SO many solid shows in October, 3 in the same week. Limp Bizkit in Wallingford, which I’m going to. Then Amon Amarth, a few days later, and the next day Animals as Leaders, both in Hartford which is 10 minutes ish from where I lived. Then I’m probably going to Gojira and Mastodon in Providence, RI at the end of the month. So I guess 2/4 aint horrible. Especially when Limp Bizkit and Mastodon are two of my favorite bands in existence.
Fuck yeah to the kids who feel like they’re dying inside but still gather up the strength to roll out of bed, get dressed, and leave the house. You are strong and beautiful and worth so much more than you know.
the US is unreal like girls cant wear shorts to school, you can literally lose your job for being gay, and unarmed black children are brutally murdered on the regular but white ppl r still like “what a beautiful country. i can freely carry a gun for no reason and some of our mountains look like presidents. god bless”
shoutout to people working weekends and overnights and overtime, people working in hospitality and retail and food service, who are sacrificing time with their loved ones, so fuckers with weekday desk jobs get to live comfortably with the amenities we provide while simultaneously shitting all over us for not getting “real jobs”
